Fees for our legal services.

The fee for our services depends, e.g., on the place of service, time consumption, complexity and difficulty of the case. Depending on the type of legal services and the nature of the case, we offer the following methods of settlement:

1. hourly rate – our Client pays for specific actions taken by us, so that he can have an ongoing control of the expenses;
2. monthly flat rate – our Client pays a fixed monthly amount for our services;
3. one-off fee – our Client pays a predetermined amount for our services; in some cases it can be accepted that our Client pays a part of agreed fee upon the closing of the case, e.g., as a reward for the successful outcome of our services.
