Corporate law.
There is no doubt that the most important document in the creation process of each company is the articles of association or statutes. Experience has shown that well-articulated content of the abovementioned documents helps to avoid many of the future problems. Formal registration of a company does not end the registration duties. Changes in the composition of the corporate bodies, changing the registered office, the scope of a business, etc., require the corresponding entries in the registry court (under pain of a fine).
Each of the companies listed in the Code of Commercial Companies is a separate legal form of business, and each of them has different advantages and disadvantages. It is therefore possible that partners of a limited liability company come to the conclusion that they shall change the corporate form to a joint stock company. In this case (as well as in analogous situations involving other companies), it is possible to transform the company, which as a complex process almost always requires support of a qualified lawyer.
Our offer includes e.g.:
- Preparation of the company’s articles of association or statutes;
- Formal preparation of all documents necessary for the registration of the company;

The foregoing also apply to associations and foundations.
