Fair trade / unfair competition.

We support companies in doing business in a manner consistent with the principles set out in polish legislation regarding the business competition and consumer protection.

Business competition between entrepreneurs is both natural and desirable. Unfortunately, on regular basis, actions of a single trader may affect the interests of other market participants.

Widespread practice is that entrepreneurs, frequently unaware of legal restrictions, openly perform activities affecting the principles of fair competition. In many cases, these banned activities are captured in the concluded agreements. These actions may result in the imposition of penalties (usually high) by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

By understanding the realities of the business activity, we help building agreements and business policy in a way that our Client’s objectives do not violate the rules of fair competition and consumer protection.
