Succession (inheritance).

The accession to an estate is just a beginning to fulfill the testator’s will – whether he left a will or we’re dealing with lawful succession.

Experience shows that inheritance cases are often highly complicated and include the partition of the estate and mutual settlements between frequently conflicted heirs. Legitims, bequests, specific bequests, precatory trusts and donations made by the devisor may affect the actual amount of estate shares which will be awarded to the heirs.

Given all aforementioned issues, we guide our Clients through all proceedings so their interests stay unharmed. We also believe that inheritance proceedings require special tact to honor the testator’s memory and leave family relations intact.
